NEW MOON RENEWAL Yoga with Johanna DeBiase on Thursday, September 10 from 6 - 7:15 PM

Plant your internal seeds for the cycle ahead and embody your intention through a recuperative, yin-style practice. Usual class packs, passes, drop in applies.

CREATING BALANCE: Yoga for Peri/Menopause with Johanna Sunday, Sept 27th 10AM - 12PM

Using yoga poses, pranayama breathing, mudras and guided meditation, we will work to create more ease and balance in the midst of peri/menopausal changes $40

Johanna’s Tuesday evening Vinyasa class at 5:30 PM is now a Restorative Yoga class at 6:00 PM on Tuesdays.

Jennifer’s Vin Yin practice is moving from Thursdays at 5:30 PM to Mondays at 6:00 PM, beginning September 28.
