QI GONG FOR JOY & HEALTH

Join us in this welcoming space to cultivate life-force energy through the meditative practice of Qigong. This all-levels class uses gentle standing and seated movements, breathwork, and self-healing techniques to reconnect with natural vitality and to support healthy longevity and inner harmony.

WOMEN'S STRENGTH TRAINING

Build strength and confidence in this online weightlifting class for women. Using intentional, progressive strength training with options for all levels, you’ll lift weights to support bone health, muscle tone, and everyday strength. Clear guidance and modifications make this class accessible and empowering. Feel strong, capable, and energized!

MINDFUL HATHA YOGA

Tuesday 12:00 - 1:00 PM with Johanna (In Studio)

Move with intention in this all-levels Hatha-inspired practice focused on strength, balance, and mindful alignment. Expect steady standing poses, thoughtful balance work, and deep stretches supported by breath and props. With no sun salutations or chaturangas, this class anchors a deep sense of steadiness and calm into your day.

EVENING VINYASA YOGA

Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30 PM with Johanna (In Studio)

A breath-led flow to help you shake off the day and return to embodied presence. We build heat and stamina gradually, linking each pose to your inhale and exhale, with options to dial intensity up or down. Expect fun playlists, fluid sequences that rise to a dynamic pose, and a deeply restful savasana so you leave feeling both powerful and relaxed.

AWAKEN & ALIGN: A THOUGHTFUL MORNING FLOW

A medium-paced flow that prioritizes intelligent transitions and functional movement over speed or intensity. The sequencing emphasizes how poses relate to one another, building strength, mobility, and balance in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. Breath-led and well-rounded, the practice weaves together strength, flexibility, and stability with mindful awareness. Each class opens with intention and is layered with metaphor, story, and inspiration, offering an uplifting and centered start to your day!

GENTLE YOGA & MEDITATION

Friday 8:00 - 9:00 AM with Aura (Online)

Begin your morning at home with a nurturing blend of stretch, breath, and stillness. This gentle yoga and meditation class invites ease into your body and mind, leaving you feeling calm, warm, and peaceful. Approx. 40 minutes of yoga followed by 20 minutes of guided meditation. All experience levels (and pajamas) welcome.

YOGA FOR BACK CARE & SCOLIOSIS

For students with scoliosis, or other back-care issues, and anyone seeking a slower-paced class focused on precise alignment and breath awareness. Internal inquiry is woven into each session for a deep healing beyond the physical.

STRONGER TOGETHER: BASIC STRENGTH TRAINING
