STUDIO YOGA SCHEDULE

These in-studio classes are happening now. We invite you to join us and look forward to welcoming you into our beautiful space. You do not need to register in advance for in studio classes. We do ask you to come a few minutes early so that we can allow for comfortable spacing.

BODY EASE YOGA

Monday 12:00 - 1:00pm with Elise

Wednesday 12:00 - 1:00pm with Elise - Begins August 25

Body Ease is a gentle class that engages slow movement with mindful breath.  Embody a sense of renewal through grounded poses while deepening a sense relaxation and clarity.  Nourishing for all levels of practioners.

BODY BALANCE YOGA FLOW

Thursday 8:00 - 9:00am with Aura  - Hybrid In Studio + LIVESTREAM
Saturday 8:00 - 9:15am with Aura

Body Balance is a well-rounded, safely sequenced practice of fundamental postures paced as a medium flow. This class integrates strength, flexibility, balance & breath. Class begins with mindful intention setting to cultivate embodied awareness. All levels are welcome with options for modifying offered.

BODY STRONG  YOGA FLOW

Wednesday 6:00 - 7:15pm with Amy

Body Strong is a challenging & invigorating vinyasa class with options to explore deeper expressions. Build strength & vitality in this creative flow that synchronizes breath, movement & an inspiring playlist.

BROGA YOGA FOR MEN

With David will resume in the Fall 2021

This is not your pretzel, bendy yoga class! Accessible and straightforward, this class offers basic postures and stretching designed to improve flexibility, range of motion and joint comfort.  Focus on deep breathing and learn to relax, ease your mind and your body.

COMMUNITY GIVE BACK YOGA

Sunday 5:00pm - ON HOLD

An open level class (Body Balance) taught by a rotating cast of our wonderful Yoga School grads as an offering to our community. Classes are BY DONATION. Your donation will go to a local non-profit and your attendance will support the continued growth of our blossoming teachers. See our Events page for the organization we are supporting this month.
