We invite you to join us and look forward to welcoming you into our beautiful space. You do not need to register in advance for in studio classes. We do ask you to leave your cell phones in your car and arrive a few minutes early so that we can settle in and begin promptly.
BODY EASE GENTLE YOGA

Body Ease is a gentle class that engages slow movement and mindful breath. Experience rejuvenation through grounded postures that release stress and deepen your feelings of relaxation and ease. Nourishing and beneficial for all levels of practitioner.
BODY BALANCE YOGA FLOW
Thursday 8:00 - 9:00am with Aura
Saturday 8:00 - 9:15am with Aura
Body Balance is a well-rounded, safely sequenced practice of fundamental postures paced as a medium flow. This class integrates strength, flexibility, balance & breath. Class begins with mindful intention setting and includes metaphor, story and inspiration for an uplifting start to the day. All levels are welcome with options for modifying.
BODY FULL SLOW FLOW
Tuesday 12:00 - 1:00pm with Johanna
Explore embodiment through yoga, using breathing, grounding, sensory and slow movement practices. Body Slow Flow focuses on staying present and listening to the intelligence of our body in both moments of challenge and ease that we can use on and off the mat. This class uses props and offers variations on poses to be accessible for all levels of experience. The practice is not based in sun salutations.
YOGA FOR BACK CARE & SCOLIOSIS
Friday 9:00 - 10:30am with Sonya Luz
For students with scoliosis, or other back-care issues, and anyone seeking a slower paced class focused on precise alignment and breath awareness. Ease pain, cultivate gentle strength and supple mobility, and learn strategies for daily maintenance and injury prevention. Internal inquiry is woven into each session for a deep healing beyond the physical.
