Our high-level Personal Trainers are experienced and nationally certified. Our philosophy is that your fitness should be based on your unique situation, history and needs for long term health and vitality!

Everyone we work with is different and requires an individualized plan that reflects their style and goals. We create fun, functional and effective training sessions that suit you. Contact us to inquire about availability.

Partner Training is a great idea and savings! Just add $10 per session per person to the above prices and then split the cost. Double the fun and a great deal. Be sure to choose a partner that is compatible fitness-wise.

New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax will be added to all fees.
We accept checks, cash, American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Sessions are prepaid at start. Sessions expire one year from date of purchase.

Appointments are made personally with the Trainer. No shows and late cancellations (day of session) will be charged.
