Johanna DeBiase
Johanna DeBiase first discovered yoga at age 19. Having studied modern dance since childhood, she was naturally drawn to the movement—the flexibility, balance, strength, and flow of the asanas. Over time, she came to understand that yoga is far more than a physical practice. Embracing it as a spiritual path, she found deep healing and transformation. In 2015, she earned her teaching certification and is also certified in yoga nidra, pranayama, meditation and stand-up paddle board yoga.
