David Garver, co-owner and co-creator of Aurafitness, has been an A.C.E. certified personal trainer for 21 years. He is also trained in massage and reflexology, as well as indoor cycling. David skis and plays baseball in the Taos Men’s Baseball League, and is an avid outdoor cyclist. David is a trained screen and stage actor, as well as a singer-songwriter and recording artist. He believes in building strength, cardio endurance, and flexibility, whether you are a high-level athlete, weekend warrior, in post surgery re-hab, or a house-wife. “Obviously, each individual is unique, and requires a unique approach to achieve their goals, but I find these goals are universal. We all want to be stronger, have endurance and flexibility, and a higher level of energy. These are the components we all need to function in the day to day,” says David. "I like to set specific goals with my clients, and keep it challenging, simple and fun.”
David is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer since 1995 with specializations in Spinning, Sports Conditioning, Core Conditioning and Injury Rehabilitation.
