This ancient art teaches that all living things have an energetic body, without which they could not exist. We can learn to collect this energy and move it through our bodies by using mind intent. This class is a combination of Qigong’s 8 great movements for good health & intelligence & the Beijing 24 Tai Chi form. All levels. Beginners welcome any time.
