Join distance runner and yoga instructor Kendra Peralta for a helpful workshop that explores poses to increase strength and stability, prevent injury, and relieve stiff, achy muscles and joints. Yoga is the perfect compliment to your training program, for both preparation and recovery! This workshop is appropriate for fitness walkers too and is all levels.
