Safe, supportive exercise sessions for youth dealing with issues of Obesity, Diabetes or Pre-diabetes. Includes strength and cardiovascular exercise as well as stretching. Sessions also incorporate self esteem building and fun to help establish a positive relationship with movement and self image.
This program is developed and funded in conjunction with the Taos Clinic for Children and Youth and is FREE OF CHARGE.
