Amy is a life-long lover of movement, from dance, gymnastics, and hiking, to skiing and acro yoga. Amy found her passion for holistic wellness in her twenties when she began practicing yoga and meditation, cooking holistic foods, and became a certified holistic health coach. She has spent the last 8 years catering for meditation and yoga retreats, nourishing others’ practices through nutrition. As a recent graduate of the RYS 200 hour yoga teacher training at Aurafitness, Amy looks forward to sharing her practice with the Aurafitness community, finding her voice as a teacher, learning from her students, and inspiring others through movement. With her background in dance, she enjoys creating strong rhythmic flows. In her own practice, Amy loves Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga, and Ashtanga practices.
