We appreciate you signing up ahead for events and classes to help ensure the smooth operation of our studio and to accommodate all participants. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the details of our cancellation/no show policy outlined below.

Cancellation Timeframe: If you are unable to attend a regularly scheduled class, we appreciate it if you cancel before the scheduled start time. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and give an opportunity for other participants to join the class. 

 

Cancellation for Special Events: Please note that our special events and workshops are non-refundable. Our presenters and teachers commit their time and resources to planning for who will attend. We appreciate you understanding this policy in order to honor their efforts and pay them accordingly.

Cancellation Methods: Cancellations can be made through this online booking system. Cancellations made prior to the start of regularly scheduled classes will retain the class credit as per your class pack or drop in for future use. Special classes and events will forfeit the payment.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive early or on time for class. It is disruptive and disrespectful to your teacher and the other students to come in late. While we do not utilize the "locked door" policy that many studios use, we highly encourage you to arrive and get settled ahead of the start of class.

Cell-Free Zone: The Aurafitness class studio is a cell-free zone. Please do not bring your cell phones into the room. Let's commit to a peaceful experience for all.
