The Glute Workshop with Aura

Explore this powerful group of muscles and learn:

Anatomy - the what, where and why of gluteal muscles
Function - their crucial role in movement, posture and injury prevention
Form - the most effective exercises for building your best butt

Understand, strengthen and shape your glutes. You can attend in person, online or get the recording. All levels welcome.

EARTH DAY AT AURAFITNESS
Honoring our home at Noon Yoga

Yoga for Mother Earth with Aura from noon to 1pm - a gentle, restorative class.

This year's theme is "Planet versus Plastics." For this one day, bring your clean, dry plastic tied in a trash bag without caps or lids to the studio. We will transport it to an exciting new organization that is "turning waste into walls."
